Recently I have gotten into creating artwork via AI image generation. I know for some people this is controversial, but I consider this a true creative endeavor. Having seen the dreck that can result from my submitting poorly crafted prompts, I am rather proud when I succeed in coaxing something truly beautiful out of the program. I consider the AI to be no less a software tool for artistic creation than such programs as Blender. If you disagree, you have a right to your opinion, and you are welcome to engage me in polite discourse about the topic in comments on this post, but please refrain from filling the comments of my actual pictures with such debate. Well, I had to delete one of my folders in Favorites today--the one dedicated to the artist rinoalain.  They have apparently deactivated their entire deviantArt account, as I discovered shortly after noticing that the site was telling me there were absolutely no deviations in that folder.  I was shocked and saddened at the loss of an artist who's work I liked well enough to give its own folder, but I have no idea what prompted the departure.  I hope everything is well.
